My fiancé and I just recently purchased our first home. If there is one good investment I've made in life, it's Damien. Never met him in person, but I didn't have to! Everything was done online, which made it even more convenient.The house is a strata titled property, so there is a lot more paperwork involved - thank God for Damien, as this would have given me a major headache if I had to organise it all myself. Damien was always on top of everything and kept us updated every step of the way (A++++ for communication). If the bank or real estate agent was being cheeky, Damien would also lay down the law.This has been such a smooth process for us and I would 100% recommend anyone to hit up Damien if they are planning to buy a house!

This is the 3rd time over the last 3years we have used Damien to settle a property for us, and we've been pleased everytime. Damien communicates regularly, keeping us informed and assists were necessary. As we live interstate and in the middle of a global crisis, we appreciated having Damien as our settlement agent.
